Please note there is a narrow bridge near Kinnaird so larger lorries should follow the directions below.

Trailers and small lorries only

(Bridge Restriction 10 tons / 7 feet wide)

From Cupar, take A91 road towards St. Andrews. Just before Dairsie, turn right at blue and yellow sign for Dairsie Bridge (to Strathkinness, Pitscottie, Kemback). Follow road down over bridge, turn left (to Strathkinness) and Kinnaird is first on the right.

From Dundee, follow signs for Cupar. In Dairsie, just past pub, turn left along Station Road (sign for Dairsie Bridge, Strathkinness, Pitscottie). Follow road down over bridge, turn left and Kinnaird is first on the right.

Lorries

(Over 10 tons / 7 feet wide) The recommended (slightly longer but less narrow and twisty) route to take is :- From Cupar, follow signs for St.Andrews going through Dairsie. Just out of Guardbridge at Fast & Fresh, turn right to Strathkinness. At the pub, turn right along High Road to Pitscottie and Kemback. A sign for Dairsie Bridge will be on your right. Follow this road for about two miles then you will pass cottages on the left at the bottom of the hill. About half a mile further on, go past the shed entrance and then immediately turn left into the entrance for the house and farm steading.

Alternatively (slightly shorter but twistier):- at the park as you come out of Cupar take the road on the right to Pitscottie. Opposite White Chimneys coffee shop in Pitscottie, before the main junction, take a sharp left (almost a U turn) to Kemback, stay on that road past, but not over, Dairsie Bridge and Kinnaird is first on the right.

From Dundee, follow signs for St. Andrews. Just out of Guardbridge at Fast & Fresh follow directions as above.
